Eaton has unveiled a new distribution partner program aimed at boosting its power business in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).

Designed to expand the electrical vendor's distribution across industrial, commercial and utilities markets, the program will span six categories covering distribution, systems integration and panel-building.

According to the company, the program will offer sales support and certified product training covering drives, automation, switchboard and fuses.

Eaton’s new program follows the promotion of Mark Anning to power distribution channel manager for A/NZ, having previously served as the company’s state manager for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

“With our power distribution channel almost doubling in size over the past twelve months, we are continuously investing in new service roles and tools to ensure existing and new partners have the support they need to grow their business with Eaton,” said Dan Agnew, general manager for power distribution A/NZ Eaton.

“We look forward to working with Mark as he focuses on delivering personalised support and strong service levels to our valued partners across the region – while seeking new opportunities to expand our power distribution channel across A/NZ."
