Find your trajectory to channel market success

As an industry leader in go-to-market innovation, Ingram Micro Cloud is always on the lookout for new ways to support the next wave of technology companies. That is why it has launched The Comet Competition 2.0, the only global challenge dedicated to discovering talented B2B independent software vendors (ISVs) and funding their trajectory to channel market success.

Comet opens the door to an opportunity for companies to compete for more than $5m in go-to market (GTM) funds and cash, while building a lasting business relationship with Ingram Micro Cloud.  Ingram’s mission is simple: to give Comet Competition winners the power to achieve astronomical success within the channel by providing generous cash and GTM funding as prizes.

It aims to accelerate the success of the most promising startups under the stars and is open to everybody. Any B2B ISV startup located in any part of the world may apply to enter The Comet Competition which is designed to give new companies the financial jump-start they need to get new technologies off the ground.

Startups that have generated less than $10m in revenue in the last 12 months are invited to compete with applicants representing a wide range of focus areas. The Comet Contestants will compete with the best and brightest from around the planet.

Applications close on October 31st, 2019.  All applicants will be evaluated on their vision for the future, potential in their channel and ecosystem readiness by a panel of judges consisting of distinguished engineers, executives and industry influencers.  The 16 top winners will compete for a grand prize of $1m cash at Cloud Summit 2020 in Miami.

Top winners in each region will each receive $100,000 in-kind GTM funding. Three runners-up will each receive $50,000 in-kind GTM funding.

All 16 top winners will receive a free Cloud Summit pass and a three-night hotel stay for one founding member as well as a complimentary booth on the expo floor to showcase their products.
