Part of the Arrow APEX program, which equips resellers with competitive advantage in selling HPE technology, is the rare opportunity to go and see that technology in action.

Being able to access resources and experience unavailable within Australia is a critical benefit for the local channel to be able to find competitive differentiation and market opportunities. Being part of the Arrow APEX program around HPE technology has allowed 4 leading Australian channel organisations to attend facility tours in Singapore, and come back prepared for 2018 with a greater understanding of the technologies and the value proposition they can offer to their clients.

The trip to HPE’s Singapore factory and centre for excellence is an incentive offered to the highest performing partners in the Arrow APEX channel program. Despite being the “reward tier” of the program, Arrow and HPE built it into the overall channel program as an opportunity for partners to gain valuable insights and information otherwise unavailable in Australia. This would help make partners more effective across the entire sales cycle domestically.

The trip is part of a comprehensive annual roadmap of support, events, and opportunities designed to provide resellers with a comprehensive training and upskilling. This is all part of Arrow and HPE’s strategy to skill and provide dedicated businesses with a higher skilled workforce that make them more effective from pre-sales to post implementation support.
