ARN Connect - As security threats surge, what’s the MSP master plan?

Attacks are rising, customer demands are increasing and channel pressure is heightening, as managed service providers form the first line of defence. Following a year of high-profile breaches - both locally and globally - MSPs are faced with a challenging task in Australia, to minimise end-user risk, while making money. Because sophisticated cyber criminals are creating a world of unknowns, triggering a surge in security investment from SMBs to enterprise, counterbalanced by an increased need for protection. As a result, MSPs must be loaded with local security knowledge, armed with services expertise and equipped to extract recurring revenue opportunities. This ARN Connect event - in association with Cisco, Kaseya and Webroot - outlined the blueprint for security success in Australia, assessing the emerging market threats while detailing how MSPs can maximise investment in 2018 and beyond.
